SOS Tip of the Week

Spring Cleaning

Remove crayon, permanent markers and black marks from your walls or floors with SOS’s Granny’s Scrub. Put 1 tablespoon of SOS Granny’s Scrub on a wet cloth and rub the mixture in a circular motion or back and forth. SOS contains mildly abrasive baking soda that will not scratch the surface.

Your Shaggy Dog

You love your doggy but his bushy hair is driving you crazy, especially around this time of year when your dog is preparing for summer by shedding his winter coat. Here is a simple solution to keep your dog and your sanity. Wet a facecloth and wring out the excess water. Spray your facecloth with SOS All Purpose Cleaner and wipe over your upholstered furniture or carpet picking up clumps of your dog’s hair. Shake the cloth over the garbage can or outside, rinse and repeat the process. Your furniture will smell fresh and clean.

Freshen up Your Pet’s Bed

Wash your pet’s bed as usual. In the rinse cycle pour 1 cup of white vinegar over the bed and let it stand for 10 min and then finish  washing as usual. Dry the bed and then spray with SOS Deodorizing Spray. Use safely on litter boxes, sports equipment, shoes, garbage cans, diaper pails and running shoes.

We're looking to hire Independent Contractors as
Residential Cleaners.

Are you organized?  Do you like helping people? We are looking for residential cleaners.  As an Independent Contractor you will enjoy flexible hours while embarking on an exciting career.  You will be working in a team environment with lots of support.  The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and be willing to go that "extra mile" for clients as well as be able to greet every situation, no matter how challenging, with compassion and energy.

While past experience is an asset, it is not a requirement as we will provide training.  Independent Contractors are responsible for submitting invoices and are not on payroll, and get to set their own hours within certain parameters.
