Meeting with you and your family is the first step of our One Stop-Shop services. Whether you are relocating to a retirement residence or you are choosing to continue living in your own home we will design a very simple and easy to implement plan. Our complimentary in-home consultation will provide you with an estimate based on the size of your home and the quantity of your belongings in the house. You will be consulted on every stage of the organizing and/or relocating process.

We are affiliated with a variety of trades and professionals to help your transition be easier and stress free. Our extensive list includes: lawyers, financial planners, realtors, home inspectors, movers, junk removal, closet designers, stagers, gardeners, estate buyers, and handyman services. We coordinate trades and other professionals for you to ensure the best possible result.
Follow up Plan
After we settle you in your new home, we follow up with short visit to ensure that you are satisfied with our services and enjoying your new home. Every retirement centre we work with is eager to provide the best home for our clients. Whether you choose to relocate or modify your existing home, we guarantee our services 100%. Aging in Place
More than 80% of seniors want to remain living in their homes rather than move into a retirement home. Known as "aging in place" the decision to stay in familiar and comfortable surroundings is relatively easy for some seniors. Keep in mind though, that while your home holds precious memories of good times your circumstances may have changed. Changing health, travel plans, grandchildren are just a few of the things that can make your home not as supportive, comfortable or even as safe as it was in years past.

My husband and I work shift work and have been in our townhouse for the past six years. When we moved here we unpacked everything and it seemed that everything had a place. A few years went by and we bought a recreational property and started building a cabin where we spend most of our days off. In the meantime, the townhouse received minimal attention.
